Drew and Liza Howell - Executive Directors
Drew and Liza became the new stewards of Aqueduct in July 2006 after much thought and prayer. Their heart is to bless the Chapel Hill community and see Aqueduct grow in many ways. Drew and Liza are natives of Chapel Hill, and have four children.
Elizabeth Wallace - Director of Administrative Services and Conference Development Elizabeth joined Aqueduct in January 2008 and is responsible for developing the Mount Carmel Ministries conferences as well as all administrative work. Elizabeth enjoys traveling, cultural events, deep conversations with good friends and taking drives with her husband, Ross, on his motorcycle.
Ross Wallace-Maintenance Supervisor
Julie joined the Aqueduct team December of 2008 as the new Events Coodintor. She recently graduated from UNCW and has recently returned to her hometown of Durham. Serving others has always been a priority in her life and she looks forward to seeing how God will use those skills at Aqueduct.

Ross Wallace-Maintenance Supervisor
Ross is joining the Aqueduct staff
to supervise the repair and maintenance of our facility. Ross also has a heart for ministering to
others, making him a great fit for Aqueduct. Ross is originally from Louisiana
and moved to Chapel Hill a year ago with his wife, Elizabeth.

Mamie Parker - Director of Guest Services
Mamie has been with Aqueduct since 1979, and has been a huge part of Aqueduct's growth for over 25 years. She has always been committed to quality service and ensuring hospitality that exceeds expectations. Her responsibilities include refreshing overnight rooms daily, serving during daytime meals, overseeing housekeeping staff and making sure that Aqueduct's facilities are consistently well-kept and beautiful. Mamie resides in Pittsboro with her husband Harvey, and has a son, Curtis and a daughter, Tashiayana.
Allison Teresa McKinney - Housekeeping
Teresa began working at Aqueduct in 2001 and has been an integral part of the hospitality team. Teresa lives in Chapel hill and has one daughter, Phillipa. She enjoys cooking and singing and has blessed many of Aqueduct's guests with soulful renditions of old gospel songs.
William Woods - Cook and Outdoor Maintenance
William has been at Aqueduct for over seven years, and has helped in many different capacities. He is responsible for keeping the grounds beautiful, maintaining equipment and prepares lunch for our guests. His many talents are a true blessing to Aqueduct. William resides in Chapel Hill with his wife Topsy.
Joy Rose- Office and Overnight Assistant
Joy grew up in Winston-Salem and is a graduate of UNC. When not working at Aqueduct, Joy serves on the youth ministry team of Church of the Good Shepherd.
Garry is our part-time evening and weekend cook and has been a key part of Aqueduct for many years. He resides in Chapel Hill with his wife and son.
