Accommodations:

Two cottages provide a scenic rest and relaxation unlike any hotel room.  We can sleep a total of 37 people in both cottages with a speaker suite in our main lodge.  Most rooms have two double beds, with the exception of two rooms with three single beds and two rooms that have one single and two double beds (each room has a private bathroom).

 

Meals:

Delicious home-style meals are served three times a day.  Standard serving times are 8am, 12pm, and 6pm.  However, the time can be adjusted according to your meeting schedule.  Please see seasonal menus for your favorite selection.

Priceless Scenic Beauty:

Unlike many meeting spaces, we are surrounded by 22 acres of pastoral beauty, trees and hills that are more beautiful than those walls you look at every day!  A meeting here allows you to really escape everything that weighs on you in the 


office.  You can choose to meet inside our main lodge overlooking the landscape, or each cottage has a much quieter 900 sq ft meeting room where windows are wall to wall and “lets the light shine in.”


Audiovisual Needs:

Packaged rates include basic A/V needs such as power cords, overhead projector and flip chart easels.  There is also a TV/VCR/DVD in each cottage as well as Wi-Fi throughout the entire conference center.  (Additional A/V needs may be provided for a small fee.)

 

Complimentary Beverage Services:

Throughout your stay coffee, tea, and soft drinks will be provided in each cottage as well as the main lodge for your convenience.

 


Day Conferences Include:

Continental Breakfast (fresh fruit, cereal, biscuits, yogurt and granola)

Buffet Style Lunch served in a private dining room overlooking a beautiful 40 mile skyline

Private meeting space from 8:00am - 5:00pm

Rates are based per person and vary depending on the season and day of the event.

50% deposit is required within 14 days of booking event.
